History of every user's subscription info for your records (protects against spam accusations)
On rare occasions, people may forget that they signed up for your list
and then accuse you of sending them "spam" (email that they did not
request) when they receive your message.
To protect yourself from further actions by that user, you can quickly
retrieve their signup information which verifies their email address,
date and time of signup, the IP address from which they signed up,
plus any other information you collected such as name, address, phone,
interest areas, etc. Once a user unsubscribes to your list, they are
removed from any future mailings and the date and time they
unsubcribed is recorded so that you have it on file.
